Mr. Gunjan is a certified HR Professional from IIM Ahmedabad & Project Management from IILM & OHSC. He is a seasoned HR leader with over 12+ years of experience in Talent Management & HR Function. As Head of HR at Avcom Infotech, he has played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s workforce & optimization of people’s performance and building employer’s image in the market. Gunjan excels in developing and implementing HR policies that align with business objectives & has helped various startups in their growth journey of 0 to 10 and so on.
Gunjan’s contributions extend beyond HR operations, earning his recognition for both his professional and cultural achievements, including an award from UNESCO for his sitar performance. He has been one of the founding members of Stop Acid Attacks – An Awareness Campaign against acid attacks on women.
