Project Manager

The Project Manager for ICT & AV Technologies will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Oversee all facets of AV-IT projects. Act as primary contact with the company and ensure that all contractual commitments are met. This position is responsible for managing the schedule requirements both externally, with the client, and internally, with the Project team.

  • Create and maintain project status reporting and planning.
  • Will be responsible for overall project planning ,stakeholder management, risk management, quality assurance & documentation.
  • Create project plans and ensure that project teams meet project deadlines.
  • Track the progress of projects, ensuring that they are staying within budget and meeting client expectations.
  • Effectively communicate project status with the team and directly with the client on a regular basis, as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Team to ensure that all equipment items have been ordered, and to track the delivery in order to meet project deadlines.
  • Responsible for following the Project Lifecycle, completing all necessary forms and communications in an effort to ensure a smooth project process.

  • Solution Designing, Budgeting, Resource Planning, Efforts calculation for new projects.
  • Making of Project Plan, SOW and Prerequisites for new projects. Vendor Coordination, Customer Relationship etc.
  • RFP's, RFQ's & RFI’s and ensure timely submission of documents.
  • To attend Pre-Bid Conferences to ensure tender compliances are made in favor while educating end users about latest technologies and right mix of products.
